Your account, including points and rewards, remains valid for 12 months. If your points are not redeemed within this period, your balance will reset to 0 and any unspent rewards will be removed.

Once points are converted into discount codes, these vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of activation.After this time, the code will automatically expire.

Please note that expired vouchers cannot be re-converted back into loyalty points.
