Where we ship
We currently ship worldwide, including to the United States, with some country exclusions. Please check our Shipping Policy to confirm that delivery is available to your country.
United Kingdom delivery options
- UK Next Day Delivery: £5
- UK Standard Royal Mail Tracked Delivery: 2 to 4 days, £4
Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £50. Orders must be placed by 1pm for UK Next Day Delivery.
United States delivery options
- US Standard: 4 to 6 days, USD $10
- US Express: 2 to 4 days, USD $15
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $100. Express shipping is free on US orders over $200. Duties and fees are excluded from these thresholds.
Orders shipped to countries outside the UK use a Delivered Duties Paid service. Applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are shown at checkout, so there should be no additional charges when your order is delivered.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please use the tracking link for the latest delivery updates.
If your order hasn’t arrived
If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow a few extra days, particularly during busy periods. If your order still hasn’t arrived, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll then investigate the delivery with the carrier.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.
Changing your delivery details
If you entered an incorrect shipping address or contact information, email [email protected] as soon as possible. We can only try to update your details before the order is dispatched.
Once your order has shipped, we can’t make changes to the order or delivery address.
