Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes – all parts are recyclable except for the pump.
Please check local recycling guidance, remove the pump, and rinse before disposal.

Is it refillable?
Yes – The Hyperpigmentation Serum uses a refillable airless pump system.

Do I need to prime it after inserting the refill?
Normally no – the airless system self-primes. If air enters during refill, pump a few times until the product dispenses.

How long can I refill it for? How long will the pump last?
You can refill the pack up to 20 times before needing a new outer pack.
To clean: wash the pump with warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry before inserting into a new cartridge.

Can I use the refill without the original outer pack?
No – the refill must be inserted into the original outer pack to dispense properly, prevent waste, and protect the formula.
